Every year, college coaches send their athletes detailed programs to prepare them for the season. Those programs are broken down and combined with PFA's signature, intense programming to make the most comprehensive collegiate development program around. Designed for 8th -12th graders, these programs will build the strength, balance, explosiveness, and endurance necessary to reach the presence necessary to compete on a high school and collegiate pitch.
